Exchange Policy

exchange will be processed if

  • There was a problem with the size fit.
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • The return product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

What items are non-refundable? 

  • For all products listed on the product pages.

 How do Return the Products?

Please send a Exchange request with product photos, Order Number and the reason for the return to care@mosso.co.in or whats app Chat.You will receive the mail confirmation once we approve your Exchange request.

Then, Please send your product to

  •  Once we receive your product, our team will check it. If the product is defective, we will return it to you.

If the product is out of stock, without any questions, you will receive a full / partial refund.

Prior to dispatching the shipment, we consistently verify each order for accuracy. In the event of missing items or incorrect contents in the package, kindly submit an unboxing video to care@mosso.co.in within a ten-day period. This is necessary to provide assistance.
