Cancellation & Refund Policy 

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the order before ship, they can simply send an email to care@mosso.co.in (Or) whats app
  • For successful cancellation before shipping, 5% of the product value would be deducted from the customer's account, with the remaining value being credited back to the source account.
  • Following a successful cancellation after shipped 20 to 40% of the Product Value would be deducted from the customer's account, with the remaining amount being credited back to the source account. 

The above charges shall be collected from the customer would be charged for labour costs, up-and-down logistics costs, and packing material costs.

How to Return the Products?

Please send a Return request with Product photosOrder number and the Reason for the return to care@mosso.co.in (Or) whats app

 Then, Send your product with Order form to below address.

  • In the case of Prepaid Order, Your refund will be issued within 1-4 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • In case of CODorders, NEFT transfer will be processed within 2-10 business days after we receive your return.

For International Order

Order Cancel, Refund not available for International Orders.
